The Federal Bureau of Investigation on the orders of Robert Morgenthau, New York County District Attorney, and Arthur Levitt, Chairman of the Securities and Exchange Commission and former Chairman of the American Stock Exchange, allowed drug smuggling by Wall Street Millionaires and members of the Board of the American Stock Exchange, Edwin Crooks, Louis Miceli, and Robert VanCaneghan. The FBI also allowed Ken Silverman, an Amex member, to smuggle drugs and to launder drug money for the Shower Posse, an International Jamaican drug gang. The Shower Posse was an International Jamaican Drug Gang, which murdered more than 1,400 American, predominantly African-American, citizens.

Both Fran Townsend and James Kallstrom provided copies of my letters to The Shower Posse, an International Jamaican Drug Gang, with the expectation that I would be murdered. The Shower Posse murdered 1,400 American (predominantly African-American) citizens.

I mentioned Orfe in my letter, dated 29 June 1995, to FBI Special Agent Joseph Yastremski. Assistant Director of the FBI James Kallstrom gave a copy of this letter to the American Stock Exchange.
