These CUNY Professors, Stephen Shepard, First Dean of the Craig Newmark Graduate School of Journalism and University Professor; Ken Vittor, Professor of Legal Ethics at the Craig Newmark Graduate School; and Matthew Goldstein, Chancellor of CUNY, covered up and allowed the smuggling of drugs and the laundering of drug money by Ken Silverman, a member of the American Stock Exchange, for The Shower Posse, an International Jamaican Drug Gang. The Shower Posse murdered 1,400 American (predominantly African-American) citizens. Shepard, Vittor, Goldstein wanted to protect Gary Weiss, disgraced BusinessWeek reporter, and perform a favor for Arthur Levitt, Chairman of the Securities and Exchange Commission and former Chairman of the American Stock Exchange. This is Genocide of African-Americans- drug smuggling, murder, and rape.

Shepard, Vittor, Weiss refused to write about Heinz Grein, “The System Was Perfect,” BusinessWeek, 10 August 1992, and Grein's connection to the Nazi Swiss Bank Accounts as a favor to Arthur Levitt, Chairman of the Securities and Exchange Commission and former Chairman of the American Stock Exchange.

  To Michael Pietsch, Chief Executive Officer, Hachette Book Group: Gary Weiss, fired from BusinessWeek and author of “Retail Gangster: The Insane, Real-Life Story of Crazy Eddie,” and Kenneth Vittor, General Counsel McGraw-Hill, covered up the Jewish-American-Mafiya involvement in BusinessWeek.  Feivel Gottlieb, a stock fraud artist with Maier Lehmann and a seat owner at the American Stock Exchange, passed along information on stocks and options to Seymour Zucker, Weiss’ Senior Editor at BusinessWeek. Michael Frayler, who maintained records of Chalem's stock frauds, told me that Al Chalem would only have Russian-American Jews as partners in his stock frauds- after being disappointed with the Italian Mafia. According to Frayler, Chalem said that the Italian Mafia was too stupid. Also neglected was the involvement of members of the American Stock Exchange, Guy Velardi, Evan Lovett, Joel Lovett, Vice Chairman, etc. in the stock frauds of Maier Lehmann and Al Chalem.

Is Judge Michael D Stallman a Racist? I believe that Michael D Stallman, aka "Mickey D," as in McDonald's, is a racist. Court Personnel have told me that Stallman refused to hire an African-American law clerk and only did so when I pointed out that Stallman had assiduously avoided hiring African-Americans as clerks and law clerks.
