These CUNY Professors, Stephen Shepard, First Dean of the Craig Newmark Graduate School of Journalism and University Professor; Ken Vittor, Professor of Legal Ethics at the Craig Newmark Graduate School; and Matthew Goldstein, Chancellor of CUNY, covered up and allowed the smuggling of drugs and the laundering of drug money by Ken Silverman, a member of the American Stock Exchange, for The Shower Posse, an International Jamaican Drug Gang. The Shower Posse murdered 1,400 American (predominantly African-American) citizens. Shepard, Vittor, Goldstein wanted to protect Gary Weiss, disgraced BusinessWeek reporter, and perform a favor for Arthur Levitt, Chairman of the Securities and Exchange Commission and former Chairman of the American Stock Exchange. This is Genocide of African-Americans- drug smuggling, murder, and rape.

The Tampa Bay Rays were purchased with the profits of laundering drug money for The Shower Posse, an International Jamaican Drug Gang. Ken Silverman, a member of the American Stock Exchange, smuggled drugs and laundered drug money for The Shower Posse. The Shower Posse murdered more than 1,400 American (primarily African-American) citizens. Harvey Silverman was a member of the Board of the American Stock Exchange and knew about the drug smuggling and money laundering from Edwin Crooks, a Senior Vice President of Spear Leeds and Kellogg and after Goldman Sachs purchase of Spear Leeds and Kellogg for $7.2 billion, a Senior Vice President of Goldman Sachs.   These People Lied and 1,400 African-Americans Died: Arthur Levitt, Robert Morgenthau, Linda Fairstein, Stephen Shepard, Ken Vittor, Gary Weiss, Sam E Antar lied. Kyrie Irving, Kanye West, Nick Cannon followed their religious beliefs. The speech of Kyrie Irving, Kanye West, Nick Cannon did not call for violence. Their actions did not lead to murder.

Gary Weiss, Hachette author: "Retail Gangster: The Insane, Real-Life Story of Crazy Eddie," and Sam E Antar, Felon, CFO Crazy Eddie, drove Sam's sons, David Antar and Leon Antar, to death by drugs. Gary, with the approval of Sam, posted homophobic rants on Yahoo Finance under the pseudonym, Lamborghini751. While Gary and Sam allowed The Shower Posse to smuggle drugs into the United States and to murder 1,400 American (predominantly African-American) citizens. And the Anti-Defamation League did not care. The ADL said that this (the genocide of African-Americans) was a private matter. Yet, the ADL condemned Kyrie Irving. Gary and Sam could have been kapos in Auschwitz; they protected real Nazis and the Nazi Swiss Bank accounts. 

KYRIE IRVING WAS LABELED ANTI-SEMITIC. ROBERT MORGENTHAU, ARTHUR LEVITT, GARY WEISS, SAM E ANTAR, ALLOWED THE SHOWER POSSE, AN INTERNATIONAL JAMAICAN DRUG GANG, TO SMUGGLE DRUGS INTO THE UNITED STATES, AND TO MURDER 1,400 AMERICAN (PREDOMINANTLY AFRICAN-AMERICAN) CITIZENS, YET THEY WERE NEITHER PROSECUTED NOR LABELED AS RACISTS. IT APPEARS THAT THE GENOCIDE OF AFRICAN-AMERICAN CITIZENS IS PERMISSIBLE.

For 15 years, as a favor to Arthur Levitt, Chairman of the Securities and Exchange Commission and one of the most influential and corrupt individuals in the United States, Fran Townsend. in her various positions in the Justice Department and as Homeland Security Advisor to President George W Bush, protected The Shower Posse, an International Jamaican Drug Gang, which murdered more than 1,400 American (predominantly African-American) citizens. My (Edward Manfredonia) letter, dated 7 April 1997, sent via certified mail, to the FBI Legal Department.

Frances Townsend, President George W Bush's Advisor on Homeland Security, who had wired me, Edward Manfredonia, by the FBI when she was an Assistant United States Attorney, gave a copy of this letter to drug smugglers at the American Stock Exchange. This letter, dated 7 April 1997, and addressed to the FBI Legal Department, briefly discussed money laundering and drug smuggling by Ken Silverman, a member of the American Stock Exchange, for The Shower Posse, an International Jamaican Drug Gang.

Fran Townsend, Homeland Security Advisor to President George W Bush, allowed The Shower Posse, an International Jamaican Drug Gang, to smuggle drugs, to launder money, and to murder 1,400 American (predominantly African-American) citizens of the United States. Gary Weiss, Hachette author of “Retail Gangster: The insane, Real-Life Story of Crazy Eddie,” who wrote about me, Edward Manfredonia, in the 26 April 1999 BusinessWeek cover story, “Scandal On Wall Street,” in the section, “The Gadfly of Trinity Place,” and his BBF Sam E Antar, CFO Crazy Eddie and felon, allowed The Shower Posse, an International Jamaican Drug Gang, to smuggle drugs into the United States and to murder 1,400 American, predominantly African-American, citizens. Gary Weiss and Sam E Antar pushed David Antar and Leon Antar to death by drug overdose. Under the pseudonym, Lamborghini751, Weiss (with the permission of Sam) posted homophobic screeds in Yahoo Finance and drove David and Leon to suicide by drugs.

Robert Morgenthau, New York County District Attorney; Linda Fairstein, Bureau Chief Sex Crimes Unit,; Arthur Levitt, Chairman of the Securities and Exchange Commission, despised African-Americans   so much that they sought to destroy African-American communities with drugs and allowed The Shower Posse to smuggle drugs and to murder a minimum of 1,400 American (predominantly African-American) citizens of the United States. Gary Weiss and Sam E Antar regard African-Americans as less than human and let African-Americans die so that they could steal money.
