Gary Weiss, disgraced BusinessWeek reporter and Hachette Book Group Author of "Retail Gangster: The Insane, Real-Life Story of Crazy Eddie," wrote about me, Edward Manfredonia, in the 26 April 1999 BusinessWeek cover story, "The American Stock Exchange: Scandal On Wall Street."   Bruce Nichols, SVP, Publisher, Hachette Book Group: Gary Weiss, fired from BusinessWeek and author of “Retail Gangster: The Insane, Real-Life Story of Crazy Eddie,” and Kenneth Vittor, General Counsel McGraw-Hill, covered up the Jewish-American-Mafiya involvement in BusinessWeek.  Feivel Gottlieb, a stock fraud artist with Maier Lehmann and a seat owner at the American Stock Exchange, passed along information on stocks and options to Seymour Zucker, Weiss’ Senior Editor at BusinessWeek. Michael Frayler, who maintained records of Chalem’s stock frauds, told me that Al Chalem would only have Russian-American- Jews as partners in his stock frauds- after being disappointed with the Italian Mafia. According to Frayler, Chalem said that the Italian Mafia was too stupid. Also neglected was the involvement of members of the American Stock Exchange, Guy Velardi, Evan Lovett, Joel Lovett, Vice Chairman, etc. in the stock frauds of Maier Lehmann and Al Chalem.
