AFTER THE PURCHASE OF SLK BY GOLDMAN, THE MONEY LAUDNERERS AT SPEAR LEEDS AND KELLOGG HAD SUFFICIENT FUNDS TO PURCHASE THE TAMPA BAY RAYS. HARVEY SILVERMAN, THE NUMBER TWO PARTNER IN SPEAR LEEDS AND KELLOGG, KNEW OF THE MONEY LAUNDERING. 

  The Tampa Bay Rays were purchased by former partners in Spear Leeds and Kellogg with the proceeds of fixing prices in Exchange Traded Funds, options, equities, and laundering drug money for the White, Millionaire, drug smugglers of Wall Street, such as Edwin Crooks, Louis Miceli, Robert VanCaneghan, members of the Board of the American Stock Exchange.
