Arthur Levitt, Chairman of the Securities and Exchange Commission and former Chairman of the American Stock Exchange, covered up the rapes of African-American employees of the American Stock Exchange by Richard Monderine, an Executive in Charge of Floor Operations at the American Stock Exchange. James Orfe, a member of the American Stock Exchange, and James Hyde, Vice Chairman of the American Stock Exchange, would regularly taunt me about Richard Monderine raping his African-American subordinates and “getting blow jobs.” "Strauss-Kahn Should Have Consulted Monderine And Other Wall Street Experts” 28 May 2011, The Black Star News.

James Orfe, member of the American Stock Exchange, specialist for Cranmer & Cranmer, and LaBranche Specialists, thought it was funny when James Hyde, Vice Chairman of the American Stock Exchange, would taunt me and state: “Monderine is still getting blow jobs;” “(Gary) Weiss won’t write about Monderine;” “Levitt is Morgenthau’s friend;” etc. Orfe once mocked me because I found a small prescription bottle with white powder, and thought that it was Parmesan Cheese, and said: “What a dumb fuck Manfredonia is. He doesn’t know the difference between cocaine and Parmesan cheese.” Orfe took great pride in boasting that African-American women could be raped on the floor of the American Stock Exchange.   James Orfe, a member of the American Stock Exchange and specialist for Cranmer & Cranmer, and LaBranche Securities, boasted to me about money laundering. I mentioned Orfe in my letter, dated 29 June 1995, to FBI Special Agent Joseph Yastremski. Assistant Director of the FBI James Kallstrom gave a copy of this letter to the American Stock Exchange.

James Orfe, member of the American Stock Exchange, Specialist for Cranmer & Cranmer and LaBranche Securities, knew about the rape of women at the American Stock Exchange. Richard Cranmer, a member of the Board of the American Stock Exchange and principal with his brother, George, in the eponymous American Stock Exchange specialist unit, Cranmer & Cranmer, told James Orfe about drug smuggling and money laundering at the American Stock Exchange. Orfe boasted to me that he knew about money laundering and drug smuggling. The FBI, especially James Kallstrom, provided copies of my letters, which I had sent to the FBI, to the American Stock Exchange.
