Patrick Azzara’s sworn affidavit, dated 11 July 2008, which was submitted to Federal District Court, Eastern District, State of New York. Azzara swore that he met with FBI Special Agent Joseph Yastremski and discussed drug smuggling and money laundering by Louis Miceli and Robert VanCaneghan, members of the Board of the American Stock Exchange and that he provided this information to Gary Weiss, BusinessWeek reporter. Weiss covered up the drug smuggling.
