Frances Fragos Townsend, Chief of Staff to Assistant Attorney General of the United States, Jo Ann Harris, illegally gave a copy of my 4 September 1995, letter to Assistant Attorney General Jo Ann Harris, to the American Stock Exchange and the drug smugglers, Louis Miceli, Robert VanCaneghan, Edwin Crooks, drug smugglers, Wall Street millionaires and members of the Board of the American Stock Exchange. Daniel Donner, an American Stock Exchange member, told me that Edwin Crooks showed him a copy of the letter.
