  Arthur Levitt, Chairman of the American Stock Exchange and former Chairman of the American Stock Exchange, and Fran (Fragos) Townsend, (AUSA Frances Fragos), Chief of Staff to Assistant Attorney General of the United States, Criminal Division, Jo Ann Harris, and later promoted to Acting Assistant Attorney General of the United States, Charge Criminal Division, conspired to cover up the rape of African-American women by Richard Monderine, an American Stock Exchange Executive. Fran Townsend as Chief of Staff to Assistant Attorney General Jo Ann Harris, provided a copy of my (Edward Manfredonia) letter, dated 13 June 1994, to Assistant Attorney General Jo Ann Harris, to the American Stock Exchange. For covering up drug smuggling and the rape of women, Fran Townsend became Homeland Security Advisor to President George W Bush.   To Michael Pietsch, Chief Executive Officer, Hachette Book Group: Gary Weiss, Author of “Retail Gangster: The Insane, Real-Life World of Crazy Eddie,” allowed Richard Monderine, an Executive at the American Stock Exchange, to rape his African-American subordinates. Weiss smeared my name, Edward Manfredonia, and allowed Monderine to rape African-American women- or have them fired. Weiss is a racist.
