Stephen Shepard, Dean of The Craig Newmark Graduate School of Journalism at CUNY; Kenneth Vittor, Professor of Legal Ethics at Craig Newmark; and Matthew Goldstein, Chancellor of the City University of New York, allowed and covered up the rape of 200 African-American women at the American Stock Exchange- as a favor to Arthur Levitt, Chairman of the Securities and Exchange Commission.
