Gary Weiss, Hachette author, “Retail Gangster: The Insane, Real-Life Story of Crazy Eddie,” who wrote about me in the 26 April 1999 BusinessWeek cover story, “Scandal On Wall Street,” in the section “The Gadfly of Trinity Place,” refused to expose Heinz Grein, a Nazi money launderer. Grein, a German national, knew that Grein was involved in the Swiss Bank accounts of Nazis, who had stolen property from Jews and who had sent Jews to Auschwitz.
