Frances (Fragos) Townsend, Homeland Security Advisor to President George W Bush also known as (Assistant United States Attorney)  AUSA Frances Fragos Townsend, wired me, Edward Manfredonia. James Kallstrom, Assistant Director in Charge of the New York Office of the Federal Bureau of Investigation, was in charge of the investigation. Both Fran Townsend and James Kallstrom provided copies of my letters to The Shower Posse, an International Jamaican Drug Gang, with the expectation that I would be murdered. The Shower Posse murdered 1,400 American (predominantly African-American) citizens.
