Arthur Levitt, Chairman of the Securities and Exchange Commission and former Chairman of the American Stock Exchange, promised Frances Fragos Townsend, who wired me, Edward Manfredonia, that she (Fragos-Townsend) would be rewarded with  advancement and national prominence if she (Townsend) agreed to cover up drug smuggling by The Shower Posse, an International Jamaican Drug Gang. Ken Silverman, a member of the American Stock Exchange, was smuggling drugs and laundering drug money for Jamaican drug gangs. My, Edward Manfredonia, letter, dated 28 April 1997, to FBI Legal. James Kallstrom, Assistant Director of the FBI in Charge of the New York Office, provided a copy of this letter to the drug smugglers.
