These are the Assistant Directors in Charge of the New York Office, and Directors of the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the United States Attorney General, the Chairman of the Securities and Exchange Commission, and President George Bush’s Advisor on Homeland Security, who allowed drug smuggling by Wall Street Millionaires and The Shower Posse. James Kallstrom, Assistant Director of the FBI, provided copies of my letters to the drug smugglers- including the Shower Posse.   Paul Volcker, Chairman of the Federal Reserve System, was a member of the Board of the American Stock Exchange. As a member of the Amex Board Volcker allowed Richard Monderine, an Amex Executive, to rape his African-American subordinates. This article, "Corruption Culture And Wall Street Meltdown," exposes violation of federal securities laws, which Volcker covered up. To Volcker, as to many other Amex Board members, including Richard Ravitch, Lieutenant Governor, African-Americans are not quite human and, therefore, the rape of African-American women and the smuggling of drugs by members of the Board of the American Stock Exchange were permissible.
