BusinessWeek, Stephen Shepard, Dean of the Craig Newmark Graduate School of Journalism at CUNY; Ken Vittor, Professor of Legal Ethics at Craig Newmark Graduate School of Journalism; Gary Weiss, BusinessWeek reporter and Hachette author of: “The Insane, Real-Life Story of Crazy Eddie,” covered up and allowed the theft of $10 billion from the Philippines. This cover up was done at the behest of Arthur Levitt, Chairman of the Securities and Exchange Commission.
