billion by Ferdinand Marcos from the Philippines as a favor to Arthur Levitt,
who had been Chairman of the American Stock Exchange, when this money was
laundered by Heinz Grein. The Sulzbergers, Arthur O., Arthur Jr., and A. G.

Banks. BusinessWeek, Stephen Shepard, Dean of the Craig Newmark Graduate School
of Journalism at CUNY; Ken Vittor, Professor of Legal Ethics at Craig Newmark
Graduate School of Journalism; Gary Weiss, BusinessWeek reporter and Hachette author
of: “The Insane, Real-Life Story of Crazy Eddie,” covered up and allowed the
theft of $10 billion from the Philippines. This cover up was done at the behest
of Arthur Levitt, Chairman of the Securities and Exchange Commission. I, Edward
Manfredonia, represented Frost & Sullivan on the floor of the American
