Arthur Levitt, Chairman of the Securities and Exchange Commission and former Chairman of the American Stock Exchange, and Robert Morgenthau, allowed and covered up the rape of more than 100 African-American women by Richard Monderine, an American Stock Exchange Executive. I, Edward Manfredonia, a member of the American Stock Exchange, personally told Arthur Levitt about the rapes. Linda Fairstein, Bureau Chief Sex Crimes Unit, and Tom Wornom, Bureau Chief, Special Prosecutions, threatened to arrest me. The FBI and Department of Justice refused to prosecute Monderine for Serial Rape. Gary Weiss and Sam E Antar smeared me, Edward Manfredonia, as an anti-Semite because I wrote that Levitt and Morgenthau allowed African-American women to be raped. Weiss and Antar stated that Levitt and Morgenthau were Jews and exposing their cover up of the rapes was anti-Semitic.
