AUSA Frances Fragos Townsend, later George W Bush's Advisor on Homeland Security, obtained the wire order. These are the Assistant Directors of the Federal Bureau of Investigation and other Department of Justice employees, who covered up narcotics smuggling by Edwin Crooks, Louis Miceli, and Robert VanCaneghan, members of the Board of the American Stock Exchange, and Ken Silverman, a member of the American Stock Exchange. Silverman laundered money and smuggled drugs for the Shower (Shotta) Posse, an International Jamaican Drug Gang.
