Arthur Levitt, Chairman of the Securities and Exchange Commission, and Robert Morgenthau, New York County District Attorney, are racists, who conspired to allow the Genocide of African-Americans, by allowing Ken Silverman, a member of the American Stock Exchange, to smuggle drugs and to launder drug money, into the United States for The Shower Posse, an International Jamaican Drug Gang. The Shower Posse murdered 1,400 American (predominantly African-American) citizens.
