My, Edward Manfredonia, second letter, dated 21 February 2000, to Inspector O'Hare, Commander of the Wall Street Substation, in which I once again describe the conspiracy by Edwin Crooks, a member of the Board of the American Stock Exchange, a Senior Vice President at Spear Leeds and Kellogg, and partner in the American Stock Exchange specialist firm, Crooks & Oscher, and Harvey Silverman, Senior Managing Director of Spear Leeds and Kellogg and a member of the Board of the American Stock Exchange, to have me, Edward Manfredonia, murdered. Inspector O'Hare, Commander of the Wall Street Substation, knew about the conspiracy to have me murdered. Inspector O'Hare had the police officers at the Wall Street substation follow me and harass me.
