My (Edward Manfredonia) letter, dated 4 September 1995, to Assistant Attorney General of the United States, Criminal Division, Jo Ann Harris. Frances Fragos Townsend, was promoted from Assistant United States Attorney, to Assistant (Chief of Staff) to Assistant Attorney General Harris as a reward for covering up drug smuggling and the rape of women, including Jews, by Robert VanCaneghan, a member of the Board of the American Stock Exchange. Arthur Levitt, Chairman of the Securities and Exchange Commission and former Chairman of the American Stock Exchange, utilized his power on Wall Street to kill the investigation. According to Daniel Donner, a member of the American Stock Exchange, Arthur Levitt provided copies of my letters, which I had sent to the FBI, to the Amex. Townsend provided copies of my letters, which I had sent to Harris, to the Amex. These letters were provided to the Board of the Amex and Edwin Crooks, a member of the Board, solicited my murder.
