Arthur Levitt, Chairman of the Securities and Exchange Commission and former Chairman of the American Stock Exchange, wanted the rapes of 200 African-American women by Richard Monderine, an Executive at the American Stock Exchange, covered up. Frances Fragos (Townsend), who wired me, Edward Manfredonia, agreed to a cover up of rape.James Kallstrom, Assistant Director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation, agreed to a cover up. Gary Weiss, who wrote about me in the 26 April 1999 BusinessWeek cover story, “Scandal On Wall Street,” the segment, “The Gadfly of Trinity Place,” told the press that I was lying. Weiss was involved with the Russian Mafiya and covered up the murders of Al Chalem and Maier Lehmann.
