Richard Ravitch, member of the Board of the American Stock Exchange and Lieutenant Governor of the State of New York, allowed Richard Monderine, an Executive at the American Stock Exchange, to rape 200 of his African-American subordinates. Please note that Gary Weiss, BusinessWeek reporter of “Scandal On Wall Street,” and Hachette author, “Retail Gangster: The Insane, Real-Life Story of Crazy Eddie,” covered up the rape of African-American women and personally allowed 50 of these rapes to occur.
