On 4 September 1995, I wrote to Assistant Attorney General of the United States, Criminal Division, Jo Ann Harris, concerning Robert VanCaneghan, a member of the Board of the American Stock Exchange, confessed to raping his female subordinates. VanCaneghan also smuggled drugs and laundered drug money.
