Frances (Fragos) Townsend, who wired me, Edward Manfredonia, was promoted to Chief of Staff to Assistant Attorney General of the United States, Criminal Division, when Jo Ann Harris resigned. Townsend provided a copy of my (Edward Manfredonia) letter, dated 4 September 1995, to Assistant Attorney General Jo Ann Harris to the American Stock Exchange and to Robert VanCaneghan, a member of the Board of the American Stock Exchange, who raped his employees- including Jews. Fran Townsend replaced Jo Ann Harris, as Acting Assistant Attorney General of the United States, Criminal Division, when Harris resigned over the cover up of serial rape and drug smuggling at the American Stock Exchange.
