Daniel Donner, a member of the American Stock Exchange, told me, Edward Manfredonia, that Frances (Fragos) Townsend, then Deputy to Assistant Attorney General of the United States, Criminal Division, Jo Ann Harris, provided a copy of my letter, dated 4 September 1995, which I had sent to Assistant Attorney General Jo Ann Harris, to the American Stock Exchange. Edwin Crooks, a member of the Board of the American Stock Exchange, showed a copy of my 4 September 1995 letter to Daniel Donner. Richard Cranmer, a member of the Board of the American Stock Exchange, had seen this letter and had told members of the American Stock Exchange about the letter.

FBI AGENT YASTREMSKI TOLD PATRICK AZZARA ABOUT THE DRUG SMUGGLING AND MONEY LAUNDERING BY LOUIS MICELI AND ROBERT VANCANEGHAN, MEMBERS OF THE BOARD OF THE AMERICAN STOCK EXCHANGE.
