Arthur Levitt, Chairman of the Securities and Exchange Commission; Robert Morgenthau, New York County District Attorney; Linda Fairstein, Bureau Chief Sex Crimes Unit; and Gary Weiss, who wrote about me, Edward Manfredonia, in the 26 April 1999 BusinessWeek cover story, “Scandal On Wall Street,” with the section, “The Gadfly of Trinity Place” devoted to my pursuit of exposing crime at the American Stock Exchange, allowed covered up and permitted the rape of 200 African-American employees of the American Stock Exchange, by Richard Monderine, an Executive at the American Stock Exchange. Weiss personally lied and told publishers and producers that women were not being raped.
