The reason: I, Edward Manfredonia, exposed in a pro-se brief, in Linda Fairstein v NETFLIX,  in Federal District Court, Southern District of New York,  that Linda Fairstein and Gary Weiss allowed and covered up the rape of African-American women at the American Stock Exchange by Richard Monderine, an Executive at the American Stock Exchange. Pages 1-3 of my submission.
