James Kallstrom, Assistant Director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation, allowed The Shower Posse, an International, Jamaican Drug Gang, to smuggle drugs and to murder 1,400 American, predominantly African-American, citizens to be murdered.
Edward Manfredonia’s letter, dated 28 April 1997, to FBI Legal Department. Kallstrom gave this letter to Ken Silverman, a member of the American Stock Exchange, who laundered money and smuggled drugs for The Shower Posse.
