To Michael Pietsch, Chief Executive Officer, Hachette Book Group: Re: Gary Weiss Author “Retail Gangster”: Gary Weiss and his source, Sam E Antar, “Retail Gangster,” have supported Linda Fairstein. I have written that Linda Fairstein, Bureau Chief Sex Crimes Unit, covered up the rapes perpetrated by Justin Feldman, an attorney, who coincidentally represented “Crazy Eddie” Antar before the Securities and Exchange Commission. Justin Feldman was sued by his female, legal secretary because he sexually assaulted her. This appeared on Page Six of The New York Post. I had been told by Court personnel that Feldman had sexually assaulted numerous female, legal secretaries and that Robert Morgenthau, New York County District Attorney, and Linda Fairstein, Bureau Chief Sex Crimes Unit, had refused to arrest and to indict Justin Feldman.  Sam E Antar wrote that I, Edward Manfredonia, was an anti-Semite for writing that Linda Fairstein had protected rapists- such as Robert VanCaneghan and Richard Monderine. Furthermore, Robert Morgenthau and Linda Fairstein had refused to arrest and to indict Dawn Bantum, a female, African-American floor broker and member of the American Stock Exchange when Dawn Bantan was sexually assaulted on the floor of the American Stock Exchange by Laurence Potachek, a member of the American Stock Exchange who had been treated for drug abuse. (I personally knew Laurence Polatchek, who was tremendously gifted.)
