To Bruce Nichols, VP, Publisher, Hachette Book Group: Gary Weiss, Author of “Retail Gangster: The Insane, Real-Life Story of Crazy Eddie,” a Hachette Book, allowed African-American  women to be raped by Richard Monderine, an executive at the American Stock Exchange, until Monderine’s death circa 2004. Please note that when the 26 April 1999 BusinessWeek cover story, “Scandal On Wall Street,” was published Gary Weiss BusinessWeek reporter;  BusinessWeek; Stephen Shepard, Editor-inChief BusinessWeek; and Kenneth Vittor, General Counsel McGraw-Hill knew that Monderine, an American Stock Exchange Executive, had forced his African-American subordinates to perform fellatio upon him. Weiss, Shepard, Vittor covered up the rape of African-American women as a favor to Arthur Levitt, Chairman of the Securities and Exchange Commission and former Chairman of the American Stock Exchange.
