Stephen Shepard, Dean of The Craig Newmark Graduate School of Journalism at the City University of New York, allowed The Shower Posse, an International Jamaican Drug Gang, to smuggle drugs into the United States and to murder 1,400 American, predominantly African-American, citizens.
