Robert Morgenthau, New York County District Attorney; Linda Fairstein, Bureau Chief Sex Crimes Unit; and Thomas Wornom, Bureau Chief Special Prosecutions, practiced Ethnic Cleansing of African-Americans. Morgenthau, Fairstein, and Wornom allowed Richard Monderine, an Executive at the American Stock Exchange, to rape his African-American subordinates.
