Richard Breeden, Chairman of the Securities and Exchange Commission, covered up the rape of women by Robert VanCaneghan, a member of the Board of the American Stock Exchange. James Jones, former Congressman and Chairman of the American Stock Exchange, asked Breeden to cover up the rapes and Breeden did so.
