Diane Wolkstein: Gary Weiss covered up the rape of the female subordinates of Robert VanCaneghan, a member of the Board of the American Stock Exchange. Weiss possessed a copy of my (Edward Manfredonia) letter dated 4 September 1995 to Assistant Attorney General of the United States, Criminal Division, Jo Ann Harris. In this letter I discussed the rapes, which were perpetrated by Robert VanCaneghan.
