Frances Fragos Townsend, in 1995 Chief of Staff to Assistant Attorney General of the United States, Criminal Division, Jo Ann Harris, provided a copy of my letter, dated 4 September 1995, which was addressed to Assistant Attorney General Jo Ann Harris, to the American Stock Exchange and to confessed serial rapist, Robert VanCaneghan and Edwin Crooks, both members of the Board of the American Stock Exchange and both drug smugglers. Frances Townsend was later promoted to Acting Assistant Attorney General of the United States Criminal Division as a reward for her loyalty to Wall Street Drug Smugglers and to Arthur Levitt, Chairman of the American Stock Exchange. Later, Frances Townsend was promoted to Homeland Security Advisor to President George W Bush for her loyalty to Wall Street drug smugglers.
