Frances Fragos Townsend, Chief of Staff to Assistant Attorney General of the United States, Criminal Division, Jo Ann Harris gave a copy of this letter to the American Stock Exchange and to Robert VanCaneghan, a drug smuggler, confessed serial rapist, and to Edwin Crooks, drug smuggler. Both VanCaneghan and Crooks were members of the Board of the American Stock Exchange. My source for this information was Daniel Donner, a member of the American Stock Exchange.
