Andrew Cuomo, disgraced former Governor of the State of New York, liked to sexually assault women. But like the coward he is, Cuomo refused to indict Stephen Rattner, who bribed a public official. Why? Rattner was a friend of Arthur Sulzberger Jr., Publisher of The New York Times. After being forced to resign from the Quadrangle Group, Michael Bloomberg hired Rattner, President Obama's car czar.
