Patrick Azzara's sworn statement, which was submitted in Federal District Court, Eastern District of New York, in which Azzara swears under oath that he had been questioned by FBI Special Agent Joseph Yastremski about the drug smuggling and money laundering of Louis Miceli and Robert VanCaneghan and that in 1999 he, Azzara, told Gary Weiss BusinessWeek reporter, who wrote the 26 April 1999 BusinessWeek cover story, "Scandal On Wall Street: The American Stock Exchange," about the drug smuggling.
