Assistant United States Attorney Frances (Townsend) wired me, Edward Manfredonia. Frances Fragos Townsend is better known as Frances Townsend, President George W Bush's Advisor on Homeland Security. Frances Townsend covered up money laundering, narcotics smuggling, and serial rape- as a favor to Arthur Levitt, Chairman of the Securities and Exchange Commission and former Chairman of the American Stock Exchange.
