  Stu Sternberg, Managing Partner of the Tampa Bay Rays, knew that African-American women had been raped, forced to perform intercourse and fellatio, by Richard Monderine, an Executive at the American Stock Exchange. I, Edward Manfredonia, had personally given Stu Sternberg, Managing Director of Spear Leeds and Kellogg, a handout, which described the rapes, which had been perpetrated by Richard Monderine, in front of the American Stock Exchange. I had also given Arnold Schumsky, Stu Sternberg’s friend, whom Stu made a small partner in Spear Leeds and Kellogg, a copy of the handout. Sternberg covered up the rape of African-American women.   The Tampa Bay Rays were purchased with the proceeds of laundering drug money for Wall Street Millionaires, including members of the Board of the American Stock Exchange, Edwin Crooks, Louis Miceli, Robert VanCaneghan. Edwin Crooks, partner in the Amex specialist unit, Crooks & Oscher, who laundered drug money via his specialist account, was also a Senior Vice President of Spear Leeds and Kellogg and after the takeover of SLK by Goldman Sachs, a Senior Vice President of Goldman Sachs. Miceli and VanCaneghan laundered drug money via their specialist account, Miceli-VanCaneghan. Crooks, Miceli, and VanCaneghan also smuggled drugs aboard their private fishing boats. Arthur Levitt, Chairman of the Securities and Exchange Commission and former Chairman of the American Stock Exchange, permitted this drug smuggling and money laundering. AFTER THE PURCHASE OF SLK BY GOLDMAN, THE MONEY LAUDNERERS AT SPEAR LEEDS AND KELLOGG HAD SUFFICIENT FUNDS TO PURCHASE THE TAMPA BAY RAYS. HARVEY SILVERMAN, THE NUMBER TWO PARTNER IN SPEAR LEEDS AND KELLOGG, KNEW OF THE MONEY LAUNDERING.

The Tampa Bay Rays were purchased with the profits of laundering drug money for The Shower Posse, an International Jamaican Drug Gang. Ken Silverman, a member of the American Stock Exchange, smuggled drugs and laundered drug money for The Shower Posse. The Shower Posse murdered more than 1,400 American (primarily African-American) citizens.
