Fran Townsend, Homeland Security Advisor to President George W Bush, had me, Edward Manfredonia, wired by the FBI when she was known as Assistant United States Attorney Frances Fragos (Townsend). Frances Townsend, President George W Bush's Advisor on Homeland Security, who had wired me, Edward Manfredonia, by the FBI when she was an Assistant United States Attorney, gave a copy of this letter to drug smugglers at the American Stock Exchange. This letter, dated 7 April 1997, and addressed to the FBI Legal Department, briefly discussed money laundering and drug smuggling by Ken Silverman, a member of the American Stock Exchange, for The Shower Posse, an International Jamaican Drug Gang.

Fran Townsend, Homeland Security Advisor to President George W Bush, allowed The Shower Posse, an International Jamaican Drug Gang, to smuggle drugs, to launder money, and to murder 1,400 American (predominantly African-American) citizens of the United States.
